Sweet Potato Turnover

This is one of those recipes borrowed from my Ma. There is nothing sweeter then the nutritional wisdom of our Ma’s

Sweet potato turnover

4 cooked sweet potatoes
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp coriander
Mesh together
2 cups wheat flour/mix together
¼ cup wheat germ
½ cup canola oil
Mix to rolled dough
Break up into pieces
Roll each piece into circles
Dish sweet potato mix into the middle
Fold into halves
Decorate edges/prick with fork
Place on oven dish and bake until brown
